What a machine! This unicycle cruises along at speeds unattainable on smaller wheels.This makes road riding on one wheel a real pleasure. Commuting to work is a breeze. With the UDC 36" long distance rides and even unicycle touring are possible. A fantastic road machine.
Surprisingly enough, it's not all that much higher than a 26" unicycle with a tall seat post. But oh, that wheel! It's like putting the unicycle on cruise control. Hills are much easier than one would imagine with the stock crank arms. Think m-o-m-e-n-t-u-m!
The UDC 36" unicycle represents a quantum leap in large-wheeled unicycle technology. This unicycle has been designed from the ground up to make use of recent advances in unicycle componentry, exclusive to Unicycle.com (UDC). The wheel is built around a specially widened Unicycle.com Coker hub. This means that the whole wheel is structurally stronger and more rigid. Which in turn means more efficient transfer of your pedalling energy into forward motion rather than going into wheel flex. The chrome plated steel frame was specially made to accomodate the wider hub and fits 25.4mm seatposts. The Unicycle.com gel saddle comes standard on the UDC 36". This is a super comfy saddle, great for long rides and has a gel insert to dull road vibration.
