Hoppley 16 Unicycle

The Hoppley 16" unicycle is ideally suited to children aged approximately 7 to 10 years.

Great-looking black powdercoated steel frame, with main cap bearing holders. Frames with main cap bearing holders are superior in strength to other designs such as lollipop bearing holders.
Comes with the same high quality quick-release seat clamp as the higher spec Axis 20"model.
Fitted with a learners' moulded foam seat. Hard plastic front and rear bumpers protect the seat from damage when the unicycle is dropped.
200mm long seatpost allows a wide range of seat heights - simply adjust as your child grows! The seatpost is 25.4mm in diameter which means that it is stronger and less likely to twist when the unicycle is dropped. The Hoppley is the only beginners' unicycle in New Zealand to offer such a large diameter seatpost!
Indoor/street tyre with Schrader valve (same as car valves).
16" durable steel wheel with 28 spokes.
Robust plastic pedals.
102mm length cranks.
Sealed precision bearings.
This is a higher specification than other beginners' unicycles available in NZ.

Leg length sizes: Maximum 740mm (29"), Minimum 603mm (23.7"), cut down seat post minimum 510mm (20"). Note that these sizes are measured from the crotch to the floor wearing shoes, not trouser sizes.

These unicycles are intended for beginners. They are great for learning on and general riding but and are not recommended for advanced tricks or jumping. If you are a heavier rider, or wanting an even more robust unicycle, then we highly recommend the UDC 16" Trials model.
