Thomson seatposts feature a sleek, low profile design and a long (41 mm) seat rail grip length.
Thomson seatposts are 40% stronger than any other seat post on the market. Machined from a single piece of high-strength 7000 series aluminium, they offer optimum strength at low weight (228 grams).
"Impact absorbing" clamps are made from forged (high-strength) aluminium, have a plus or minus 17 degrees tilt capability, and are designed to protect the seat rails from bending. Under high impact loads other seatposts simply break, putting the rider in serious danger. Thomson seatposts are designed with a unique bending fuse which allows the post to bend before any part fails.
Each production lot is thoroughly tested for the ultimate strength and fatigue before leaving the factory.

Available in two diameters and lengths: 25.4mm x 330mm and 27.2mm x 410mm
Note: on a unicycle the part of the Thomson post labelled "Front" should be at the back. Otherwise you won't be able to tilt your saddle up past horizontal. A little backward, but that's how we unicyclists roll...
