The Unicycle.com Chromoly Hub is a special hub design, developed by Roger Davies of www.unicycle.uk.com.
This super hard hub specially produced for Unicycle.com has wider flange spacings for a lot stronger wheel. It is a major improvement on standard unicycle hubs. Once again Unicycle.com sets the standard in unicycling components!
This hub is maunfactured from chromium-molybdenum steel (Chromoly or cro-mo for short). This steel alloy is much stronger than the standard steel used by other manufacturers. The Unicycle.com Chromoly hub has been imitated but has never been matched by others - beware of imitations!
The wider the flanges are spaced the stronger the wheel, these flanges are placed as wide as they can be without moving the bearing out. Flange to flange distance is 73mm. Will fit most unicycles except Pashleys. If you are not sure contact us before ordering.
Comes with bearings installed and a pair of high tensile 8mm allen bolts.
