Online
As you browse the site, you can add items to your shopping cart with the Add to Cart button. When you are ready to purchase, click on Check Out near the top right corner of the page. Follow the instructions through the checkout process, and your purchases will arrive by courier in a few days. Our system sends automated emails once your payment is cleared in our account, and when your order ships. Please white-list our email address or check your spam folder regularly.

Not sure what to buy? Call our free phone 0800 UNICYCLE (864 292) for some free and friendly advice. You can pay by credit card over the phone.
Credit Card
Payments are handled by a secure credit card payment gateway via Westpac Bank. When you select the Credit Card payment option and confirm your order, your browser will be directed to our payment system provider who host the payment page on behalf of Westpac Bank. We do not and cannot see your credit card information. Once your payment has been approved, your order will be dispatched.
Internet Banking
You can use internet or telephone banking to pay for your order. You may also go to your local Westpac branch and make a deposit. When your order is confirmed, you will be sent an email with our bank account number and your order number. Please follow the instructions contained within the email so we can identify your deposit. It is important to include your order number in the payee details to ensure we can locate your payment quickly.
Cheque
When you confirm your order, you will be sent an email with our postal address and your order number. Please write your order number on the cheque so we can clearly identify it, and post it to us. Please note we cannot ship orders until cheques clear. This usually takes 5 working days.
Invoice
Payments are due on the 20th of the month, preferably by Internet Banking including your order number in the payee details. Invoice terms are only available to select high volume customers by prior approval. A credit check may be required.
Courier
Delivery costs are calculated by weight including packaging. Unicycles are bulky yet not very heavy, so sometimes the courier company requires us to calculate the volume of the carton rather than the weight. We do our best to keep our shipping costs as low as possible while still getting speedy and reliable delivery. You can calculate the shipping cost for an item by clicking on the 'Calculate Shipping for this Item' link at the bottom of any product detail page.
Please Note: we cannot deliver to a Post Office Box (a unicycle is too big to fit!) Be sure to specify a physical address for delivery. There is a place to enter special delivery instructions in the Delivery Options page of the checkout process if someone needs to be home to receive the package, or if the delivery point is hard to find. Your phone number is automatically printed on the packing slip to help the courier contact you if needed. Please provide a number that can be called during business hours.
Under normal conditions, goods are dispatched within 2 days and should arrive within 2-3 courier working days. South Island deliveries may take an extra day, and Rural Deliveries may take 2 extra working days. If you live out of town, please order at least 7 working days before an important date (such as a birthday or Christmas).
Customer Collect
By prior arrangement only. Not all warehouses have all items in stock. Please phone us first to arrange a suitable time. Especially in Auckland, most people find it much easier and cheaper to get it delivered by courier.
Orders to Australia and the Pacific are shipped by DHL or NZ Post. If you live outside these areas, please contact a Unicycle.com store closer to you. The shipping will be much cheaper!
The amount charged to your card will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company at their daily exchange rate. The exchange rate has small fluctuations on a minute by minute basis, so the actual local currency amount may not be identical to any amount calculated on this site or by a third party currency converter. Overseas customers are not liable for GST so the NZ GST amount is subtracted off your order total. Any import duties will be sole the responsibility of the purchaser.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. We will try to maintain prices as advertised but we reserve the right to change prices before you place an order.
Product prices in the shopping cart exclude delivery charges. The postage costs are calculated on a geographical zone system, based on the weight and size of your order.
Under normal conditions goods are dispatched within 48 hours and should arrive with you within 2-3 courier working days depending on your location. You will be advised of any delay or if any of your ordered items are not available.
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible.
We maintain a large stock of most items but for some we are at the whim of our supplier, so unfortunately all of our products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order can not be fulfilled we will contact you and you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. It is important to include your phone number and valid email address when placing an order.
The web site at unicycle.co.nz is for sales to Australasia. If you wish to order from outside this area then please contact a Unicycle.com outlet in your area. These partner companies may be able to deliver to certain areas of the world more economically.
Our products are guaranteed against any kind of manufacturing defect. However our responsibility is limited to those items recognised as faulty by ourselves. If your product should develop such a fault within 28 days of purchase we will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or refund your money. Contact us as soon as you find a defect with your item and we will then issue you a returns number so that we can track it. We will refund any shipping charges incurred in an authorised return of faulty merchandise.
A common problem with unicycles is inserting the pedals on the wrong side (left pedal in right crank). This is not covered by our guarantee because each unicycle is shipped with clear assembly instructions, the parts are clearly labelled L and R, and we include a very obvious warning message with each order. If you are unsure, please phone us!
If you are unhappy with an item purchased please contact us straight away! If you are unhappy we will make every effort to correct the problem. Should you decide to return the goods please contact us and we will issue you with a returns number. Then return the item in an unused condition along with the original packing and a copy of the sales receipt. We will then give you a full refund within 30 days although you will be responsible the cost of return. Note: Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of the Company Management.
Should you have any concerns or complaints, please address them in the first instance to the Operations Manager. You will receive an immediate acknowledgement of receipt, and a preliminary response within two working days. Our preliminary response will, at the very least, provide a detailed plan and timescale for dealing with the matter you have raised. In most cases we anticipate resolving any issue within two days of receipt of your communication. All concerns and complaints will be treated personally, confidentially and seriously. Your satisfaction with the service you have received from Unicycle.com is of paramount importance to us, and we welcome your comments.
